TWL1110GQER Overview


For space-saving purposes, it is packaged in BGA. Tape & Reel (TR) packaging is adopted. There are 80 terminations used to prevent signals from reflecting off the end of the transmission line. In electronic terms, it is a kind of 80-pin device. 80 pins are connected to it. Using the Surface Mount technology, it is mounted to a PCB. As a safeguard against overheating, the operating temperature is set to a maximum of 85°C. In order to keep normal operation, the operating temperature is set as a minimum value of -40°C. The data transmission channel count is 2. 3.3V is its maximum supply voltage. There are 15 bits provided to store information. Their operation is made easier by a supply current below 6mA. A consumer IC of type CONSUMER CIRCUIT is used in it.
