Capsuled in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tube rating. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. DC control operates at 7.6V~30V volts and has 7.6V~30V supply voltage. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~125°C TA. It can switch at Up to 500kHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Frequency Control. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC.
