In the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. Tube solid enclosure protects the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. dc controls with 10V~30V voltage are supplied and operated. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at Up to 500kHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount.
