UC2845BD Overview


In the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. There is a Tube solid enclosure around the pmic. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 7.6V~30V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Worked in an dc switcher with a -25°C~85°C TA rating. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 500kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount.
