In order to increase flexibility, the package SOIC is used.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR).Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.Initially, the configuration is composed of 16 terminations.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.When designing, the device is configured with 16 pins.This device operates with 20V supply voltage.PUSH-PULL BASED MOSFET DRIVER is employed as its interface IC.In the maximum case, the output current can be 1.5A volts.Mosfet driver includes a number of useful electronic components in Mosfet drivers subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.The number of component pins is 16.The allowable maximum value of operating temperature is 70°C.Minimum operating temperatures are allowed to be 0°C.The supply current should be kept at 10mA to ensure higher stability.The maximum voltage for operation is 40V.The supply voltage of 5V is its minimum value for operation.STANDARD represents its input.
