UC3825ADWTRG4 Overview


It comes in a 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. 2 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control operates at 8.4V~22V and has a 8.4V~22V supply voltage. Worked in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher before.
