UC3825ADWTRG4 Overview


It comes in a 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. 2 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control operates at 8.4V~22V and has a 8.4V~22V supply voltage. Worked in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher before. Switching can be done at 400kHz~1MHz with this switching controller. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. To provide efficient switching control, Current Limit, Frequency Control, Ramp, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator.
