UC3841DWTR Overview


In the 18-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc control's supply and operating voltages are 8V~32V. Worked in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher before.
