UC3844D8TR Overview


As a result of 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. A 12V~28V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a 0°C~70°C TA. The switching controller can be switched at Up to 500kHz. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Frequency Control. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. Switching converters are designed with the terminal (s) at position DUAL .
