UC3844DTR Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 12V~28V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. A 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to Up to 500kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator.
