UC3845BN Overview


As a result of 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tube. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. A 7.6V~30V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~150°C TJ rating.
