UC3847DW Overview


It comes in a 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. 2 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. A solid enclosure of Tube surrounds pmic. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. DC control operates at 6.95V~40V volts and has 6.95V~40V supply voltage.
