UCC25630-2DDBR Overview


Capsuled in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), 14 Leads package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 13V~26V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~125°C TJ. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 35kHz~1MHz. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount. Hybrid Hysteretic Control (HHC) is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the DUAL position. The 14 terminations can be used for a wide range of dc switching. DC switcher's input voltageis 15V volts. UCC25630 can be used to locate other relevant dc to dc converter ics. Switching converter has a total of 14 pins. DC regulator outputs 12V voltage based on test statistics. A maximum voltage of 26V is accepted by the dc to dc regulator as an input voltage. 1 functions are available in total for the switch converters. The supply voltage should be 15V.
