Tube solid enclosure protects the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. Voltages 13V~26V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~125°C TJ is the -40°C~125°C TJrm. This switching controller can switch at 35kHz~1MHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Hybrid Hysteretic Control (HHC).
