This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), 14 Leads package. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 11.25V~26V voltage are supplied and operated. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~125°C TJ. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 35kHz~1MHz position. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount.
