UCC25702D Overview


In the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. There is a Tube solid enclosure around the pmic. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 8.8V~15V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. The switching controller can be switched at 100kHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Current Limit, Frequency Control, Sequencing, Soft Start. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters.
