For greater flexibility, the 10-WDFN Exposed Pad package is adopted.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.WGate driversh a 7V~17V supply voltage, gate drivers is able to demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~140°C TJ.This program uses the input type of Non-Inverting.Initially, the configuration is composed of 10 terminations.You will find various related parts under the base part number UCC27212.Mosfet driver is configured wMosfet driverh 10 pins when designing.Mosfet driver is specifically designed to opeate wMosfet driverh a supply voltage of 12V.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 120V.In order to operate, the supply current must not exceed 6.5mA.
