The 10-WDFN Exposed Pad package offers greater flexibility.There is a package in the form of Tape & Reel (TR).Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 2 drivers.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is set to 7V~17V, it can demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -40°C~140°C TJ.Mosfet driver uses Non-Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.It's configured with 10 terminations.Many related parts can be found under its base part number UCC27212.There are 10 pins available in the device.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 12V volts of power.Max (Bootstrap) can be as high as 100V.A supply current of greater than 6.5mA cannot be used when the device is being operated.
