For greater flexibility, the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package is adopted.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.A supply voltage of 5.5V~16V demonstrates its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.There is a temperature range for this device of -40°C~125°C.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.Initially, the configuration is composed of 10 terminations.Many related parts can be found under its base part number UCC27282.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 12V volts of power.A boot strap voltage of 120V is the maximum possible high-side voltage.
