UCC2801DTRG4 Overview


The switching controller fits in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control operates at 7.4V~12V and has a 7.4V~12V supply voltage. Worked in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher before. With this switching controller, you can switch at 46kHz.
