UCC2893DR Overview


Capsuled in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 8.5V~16V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 250kHz position. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Current Limit, Enable, On Time Control, Ramp, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters. Switching converters are designed with the terminal (s) at position DUAL . The 16 terminations can be used for a wide range of dc switching.
