UCC2893PWRG4 Overview


With a 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 8.5V~16V volts and has 8.5V~16V supply voltage. Worked in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher before. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 250kHz position. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator.
