UCC2897RTJR Overview


In the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 8.5V~14.5V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for work in a -40°C~105°C TA dc switcher. There is a switch at 250kHz that can be used with this controller. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. Enable, On Time Control, Soft Start provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters.
