UCC3813DTR-5 Overview


As a result of 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 3.6V~12V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Suitable for work in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. It can switch at 31kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator.
