UCC38C42P Overview


In the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 9V~18V. Worked in an dc switcher with a 0°C~70°C TJ rating. The switching controller can be switched at Up to 1MHz. The Through Hole allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general.
