UCD7230ARGWR Overview


With its 20-VQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 4.75V~15.5V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~125°C TJ. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 200kHz~2MHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable. switching converters terminal (s) are designed to be at QUAD. A variety of terminations with 20 of dc switching.
