UCD7231RTJR Overview
With its 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching's4.7V~15V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~125°C TJ. The switching controller is capable of switching at the Up to 2MHz position. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. To provide efficient switching control, Current Limit is included in the dcdc regulator. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at QUAD. Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 20 terminations. Searching "UCD7231" will return other relevant dc to dc converter ics. In total, switching converter has 20 pins. In particular, switching converter belongs to the MOSFET Drivers family.
