UCD7231RTJT Overview
In the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. Voltages 4.7V~15V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. The switching controller can be switched at Up to 2MHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit. There are a QUAD terminal on the switching converters. Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 20 terminations. Other relevant dc to dc converter ics will be returned if you search "UCD7231". There are 20 pins on switching converter. There is a particular type of MOSFET Drivers in switching converter. DC regulator outputs 7V voltage based on test statistics. Having a Surface Mount makes DC switcher suitable for most application and prototype designs. DC regulators have a maximum frequency of 2MHz. Voltage 12V is required for supply. Input current cannot exceed 6A with this dc switcher. This the controllers dc receives a 8mA nominal current supply.
