UCD90120ARGCR Overview


It is mounted through 64 terminals on the power management. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. For your reference, this IC power includes a list of 1 functions. There are a total of 1 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. To assist you, this PMIC includes 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Sequencer products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. When 3.3V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. When 12 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, IC powers are 64 pins on the board. 64 pins are on the supervisor. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 3V. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 3.6V volts in this PMIC. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~110°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain, Push-Pull.
