UCD90120RGCT Overview


There are 64 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. A series of 12 channels can be found on this supervisor. To assist you, this PMIC includes 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Sequencer products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. When a supply voltage of 3.3V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. When a supply voltage of 12 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. In total, the power management has 64 pins in it. There are 64 pins on the power managment ic. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 3V. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 3.6V volts in this PMIC. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountIt is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~110°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain, Push-Pull as the output voltage. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 8mA is the recommended value. It is always advisable to use UCD90120, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. Voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 55mA at the most.
