UCD90910RGCT Overview


This power management consists of 64 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Sequencer products. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. In a 3.3V supply voltage, the power management conducts. In a 10 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Surface Mount mounts IC management. Power management has a total of 64 pins. 64 pins are present on the power management system. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~110°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain, Push-Pull as the output voltage.
