A protective Tape & Reel (TR) package surrounds the magnetic switch to protect it from damage. For safety reasons, the magnetic switches are packaged in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. In their operating mode, these switches can output a maximum current of 50mA. There is a limit to 5mA current that can be supplied by these switches. This termination has 3 terminations. A switch's current output should generally be 50mA. This switch should normally provide a voltage of 12V in order to ensure reliability. There is 3.5V minimum voltage that this magnetic switch can provide. It is possible for the magnetic switches to supply a voltage of 24V when they are operating. It works by supplying 5mA current nominally.
