VBPW34FAS Overview


Digi-Reel? is used to protect the photodiodes from damage. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 2-SMD, Gull Wing packages. During reverse-bias operation, the photodiodes should never exceed 60V. Pins 2 are present on the photodiodes. Within the circuit, photodiodes are capable of releasing 215mW heat. The reverse anode voltage for the photodiodes should be 60V. An ideal circuit would allow the photodiodes to release a maximum amount of heat in the form of 215mW heat. With the reverse voltage of 60V, the photodiodes in the DC circuit can work properly. Current should flow across a photodiode at 1V voltage. Ensure that the breakdown voltage of the photodiode is the same as 60V. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 2nA current.
