VBPW34FASR Overview


It is important to note that these photodiodes are packaged in Digi-Reel? to prevent damage. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 2-SMD, Z-Bend packages. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 60V. 2 pins are present on the photodiodes. Within a circuit, photodiodes could generate 215mW heat. In the case of photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 60V. A circuit should have a maximum heat release rate of 215mW from the photodiodes. With a reverse voltage of 60V, the photodiodes can work properly in the DC circuit. Current must flow across a photodiode at 1.3V voltage. Photodiodes exhibit 2nA current even in the absence of light input.
