The ac to dc converter is embedded in PowerSO-10 Exposed Bottom Pad package.In Tape & Reel (TR) case, the ac dc converter is available.Surface Mount mounts this AC/DC converter.The switching frequency reaches Up to 200kHz .Supply voltage (Vcc/Vdd) does not need to exceed 8V~15V .There have been 10 terminations of this program.The ac/dc converter has a total of 10 pins.The ac dc converters are suitable to mount by Surface Mount .It belongs to the family of VIPER? manufacturers.If you select the VIPER20 family, you will be able to search for similar acdc converters.A total of 1 outputs are available for processing.There are a ac to dc conversions included in Switching Regulator or Controllers .We are setting the output current to 500mA .This AC/DC converter produces a voltage of 700V as its output.Approximately 16mA amps of supply current can be handled by the power AC DC.When the maximum 125°C is set, the AC to DC power converter runs steadily.A minimum working temperature of 25°C must be maintained for this isolated switch.
