VN820-B5 Overview


A Tube is used to package it.There is a P2PAK (4 Leads + Tab) package that includes it.The LED driver is mounted as Surface Mount.General Purpose is the switch type that it owns.It is best to set the temperature to -40°C~150°C TJ to ensure reliable operation.There is a default setting of 1 for output.The LED driving board operates at Not Required volts.It produces a maximum output voltage of N-Channel volts at its maximum output.Currently, the LED driving board is equipped with Auto Restart, Status Flag features.It is part of the VN820 family of LED drivers.There are 4 terminations in it.5 pins are used for operation.There are 1 functions of the LED driver.The maximum output current drops to 9A in order to meet the operation criteria.High efficiency is possible when the supply voltage is set to 13V.This lighting driver is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.A total of 4 pins are included in this LED driver.There is a Peripheral Drivers capacity container for this LED driver that is self-contained.The maximum supply voltage for this LED driver is 36V (Vsup).8/36V is the power supply of the part.For its operation, a maximum current requirement of 3.5mA is required.
