Tube is how it's packaged.In the TO-263-3, D2Pak (2 Leads + Tab), TO-263AB package, it is included.A Surface Mount mounting is used for the LED driving board.General Purpose is the type of switch owned by it.By default, it is set to output 1.It uses a supply voltage of Not Required to operate.The maximum output voltage is N-Channel volts.As far as features are concerned, the LED driving board has Status Flag.It belongs to the VNB28 family.For operation, 3 pins are used.The maximum output current is reduced to 19A to meet the operation criteria.The LED driving board is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.It has a resistance of 35mOhm.This electrical component is part of the OMNIFET?, VIPower? series.This results in a 19A output current.In order to achieve the best efficiency, the supply voltage should be set to 18V.Stable operation is possible with a maximum operating temperature of 150°C°C.There is a maximum current requirement of 250μA for its operation.
