Space-saving reasons have led to it being packaged in a 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Tape & Reel (TR) packaging method is used. Because it is a type of Stereo Audio, it delivers high-efficiency performance in many applications. The mounting type of this device is Surface Mount. When the operating performance is set to -25°C~85°C, it is able to operate normally. It consists of 2 / 2 ADCs/ DACs. The analog circuit receives 1.8V~3.6V as a supply voltage. 1.42V~3.6V provides the supply voltage to the digital circuit. Signals are prevented from reflecting off the end of transmission lines by 32 terminations. Using Surface Mount technology, it is mounted to a PCB. Converting analog signals to digital signals requires 2 A/D converters. The supply voltage is set to 1.5V.
