WM8850GEFL/RV Overview


In order to save space, it is packaged in the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. As a packaging method, Tape & Reel (TR) is adopted. It can perform highly efficiently in various applications since it is a type of Audio. A mounting type of Surface Mount is used for this device. Using -40°C~85°C as the operating performance allows it to operate normally. In addition, it is equipped with 4 / 6 ADCs and DACs. Supply voltage 4.35V~5.25V is provided to the analog circuit. 1.62V~1.98V provides the supply voltage to the digital circuit. To prevent signals from reflecting off of the transmission line, there are 48 terminations. On a PCB based on Surface Mount technology, it is mounted.
