WM8860GEFL/V Overview


For space-saving reasons, it is supplied in a 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. Tray is the packaging method used. Due to the fact that this part is of the type Audio, it is capable of delivering high-efficiency performance in a wide range of applications. It employs Surface Mount as its mounting type. At -40°C~85°C, it can operate normally. The unit is integrated with 2 / 2 ADCs / DACs. Supply voltage is 4.5V~5.25V for the analog circuit. Digital circuits are powered by 1.62V~1.98V supply voltages. Using Surface Mount technology, it is mounted to a PCB. Ideally, the supply voltage should remain at 5.25V. To convert analog signals into digital signals, there are 2 A/D converters. In order to convert digital signals into analog signals, there are 2 D/A converters. It is set to the maximum value of 85°C so normal use can be maintained. For normal operation, the operating temperature must be set at -40°C at least. There are 4 channels for transmitting data on it.
