WM8974CGEFL/RV Overview


A 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is supplied for space savings. This package uses the Tape & Reel (TR) packaging method. As a type of Audio, this electronic part is able to deliver high-efficient performance in various applications. This device employs the mounting type Surface Mount. When the operating performance is set to -40°C~85°C, it can operate normally. In addition, it is equipped with 1 / 1 ADCs and DACs. The analog circuit is powered by 2.5V~3.6V. There is a supply voltage of 1.71V~3.6V provided to the digital circuit. There are 24 pins on this device. Surface Mount technology is used for mounting it to a PCB. Supply voltage should be maintained at 3.6V. To convert analog signals into digital signals, there are 1 A/D converters. At a minimum, the voltage should be kept at 1.71V. Digital signals are converted into analog signals using 1 D/A converters. It is set with a maximum value of 85°C to maintain normal operation. In order to maintain normal operation, the operating temperature is set at -40°C. The data transmission channel count is 1.
