WM8978CGEFL/RV Overview


Space-saving reasons have led to it being packaged in a 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. It is adopted to package in the Tape & Reel (TR) way. In the various applications in which this electronic part is used, it is capable of delivering a high level of efficiency as a type of Stereo Audio. It employs Surface Mount as its mounting type. Operating performance -40°C~100°C permits it to function normally. It is integrated with 2 / 2 ADCs / DACs. 2.5V~3.6V of supply voltage are applied to the analog circuit. 1.71V~3.6V provides the supply voltage to the digital circuit. To prevent signals from reflecting off of the transmission line, there are 32 terminations. It is mounted to a PCB based on the Surface Mount technology. There are 2 A/D converters used to convert the analog signals into digital signals. There is 1.8V supply voltage for this device.
