WM8978CGEFL/V Overview


As a space saver, it comes in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Tray is the packaging method used. In numerous applications, this electronic part can deliver high-efficiency performance as a type of Stereo Audio. Mounting type Surface Mount is used. A -40°C~100°C operating performance setting allows it to operate normally. It is integrated with 2 / 2 ADCs / DACs. Supply voltage 2.5V~3.6V is provided to the analog circuit. 1.71V~3.6V is the supply voltage for the digital circuit. Signals are prevented from reflecting off the transmission line's terminations by using 32 terminations. Essentially, it is an electronic device with 32 pins. Based on the Surface Mount technology, the module is mounted to a PCB. This device operates on 1.8V volts as its supply voltage. Operating voltage of 3.6V is possible. There are 2 D/A converters used to convert the digital signals into analog signals.
