WM8985CGEFL/R Overview


For space-saving reasons, it is supplied in a 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. We have adopted the packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR). This electronic part is categorized as a type of Stereo Audio, making it capable of providing high-efficiency performance in a variety of applications. A mounting type of Surface Mount is used for this device. Operating performance -40°C~85°C permits it to function normally. The unit is integrated with 2 / 2 ADCs / DACs. The analog circuit is powered by 2.5V~3.6V. It is supplied with a voltage of 1.71V~3.6V to power the digital circuit. 32 terminations prevent signals from reflecting off transmission lines. On a PCB based on Surface Mount technology, it is mounted. In order for the supply voltage to be maintained at 3.3V, it should be set to its maximum value. Analog signals are converted to digital signals by means of 2 A/D converters. It is recommended to maintain a voltage of 2.5V as the minimum value. There is 1.8V supply voltage for this device.
