WM9705CSEFL/V Overview


For space-saving reasons, it is supplied in a 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. As a packaging method, Tray is adopted. Due to the fact that this part is of the type Audio, AC '97, it is capable of delivering high-efficiency performance in a wide range of applications. Mounting type Surface Mount is used. When the operating performance is set to -25°C~85°C, it is able to operate normally. It is integrated with 2 / 2 ADCs / DACs. Supply voltage is 2.7V~5.5V for the analog circuit. 2.7V~5.5V provides the supply voltage to the digital circuit. Signals are prevented from reflecting off the end of transmission lines by 48 terminations. In electronic terms, it is a kind of 48-pin device. On a PCB based on Surface Mount technology, it is mounted. It operates on a supply voltage of 3.3V. It can be operated from a voltage of 3.3V. Digital signals are converted into analog signals using 2 D/A converters.
