WM9712CLGEFL/V Overview


A 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is supplied for space savings. The packaging way of Tray is adopted. In numerous applications, this electronic part can deliver high-efficiency performance as a type of Audio, AC '97. The mounting type is Surface Mount. It is able to operate normally when the operating performance is set at -25°C~85°C. It features 2 / 2 ADCs / DACs. In the analog circuit, the supply voltage is 1.8V~3.6V. 1.8V~3.6V is the supply voltage for the digital circuit. There are 48 terminations used to prevent signals from reflecting off the end of the transmission line. There are 48 pins on this device. Based on the Surface Mount technology, the module is mounted to a PCB. 3.6V is the maximum value of supply voltage. Digital signals are converted from analog signals using 2 A/D converters. It is recommended that the supply voltage is maintained at 1.8V. The device operates with a supply voltage of 3.3V.
