It is supplied in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. This package uses the Tray packaging method. This electronic part is categorized as a type of Audio, AC '97, making it capable of providing high-efficiency performance in a variety of applications. As a mounting type, it uses Surface Mount. Operating performance at -25°C~85°C makes it possible to operate normally. It features 2 / 4 ADCs / DACs. There is a voltage supply of 1.8V~3.6V to the analog circuit. A 1.71V~3.6V supply voltage is applied to the digital circuit. 48 terminations prevent signals from reflecting off transmission lines. Mounted on a PCB based on the technology of Surface Mount.
