As a space saver, it comes in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This package uses the Tray packaging method. The high-efficiency performance of this electronic part can be achieved in various applications due to its type of Audio, AC '97. As a mounting type, it uses Surface Mount. When the operating performance is set to -25°C~85°C, the system can operate normally. It consists of 2 / 2 ADCs/ DACs. The analog circuit is powered by 1.8V~3.6V. The digital circuit is provided with the supply voltage of 1.8V~3.6V. Transmission lines have 48 terminations to prevent signals from reflecting. There are 48 pins on this device. Using the Surface Mount technology, it is mounted to a PCB. It is recommended to maintain the maximum supply voltage at 3.6V. Converting analog signals to digital signals requires 3 A/D converters. Maintaining a minimum voltage of 1.8V is recommended. This device operates on 3.3V volts as its supply voltage.
