X40015V8I-C Overview


There is a Tube-packaging method applied to IC management. To assist you, this PMIC includes 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products as well. There is a voltage supply of 2 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. You can always use X40015, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
