Power management is packaged in a Tube way. IC management is packaged as a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be NOT SPECIFIED. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. In total, IC powers are 8 pins on the board. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: 0°C~70°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. It is always advisable to use X5083, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer.
