20-LCC (J-Lead) is used in this package.Packaging for the external use of Tube.0°C~70°C license holder.With the help of OTP, it can be programmed.There is a voltage of 3V~3.6V applied to the device.The memory device is mounted in the Surface Mount position.The size of data storage is limited to 256Kb.The supply voltage should be 3.3V.FPGA is possible to connect different functions on the 20 axis at different terminations.In order to use this memory device, a maximum voltage of 3.6V should be used.FPGA is essential that a minimum voltage of 3V be supplied to the device in order for FPGA to function.FPGA is a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip that we are talking about here.The reflow soldering process should be done at a temperature no higher than 225.Data is transmitted in this memory using a SERIAL process.There is a set of 20 pins included with the part.Therefore, USED FOR STORING THE CONFIGURATION BITSTREAMS OF XILINX FPGAS is included in order to better meet customer needs.
